The Saturday morning core group usually runs relatively fast and long. Starting time varies considerably. Course is faintly marked, there is a map in Health Strategies, and there are water stops. Remember Health Strategies is intended as a convenient place to start and end training runs. Please keep in mind that Health Strategies is a business, you must have a paid membership or be a registered run clinic participant to avail yourself of the facilities. Always arrive fully prepared to run and bring plenty of water for those hot days!
