Both the 10 mile and 10K courses will be available for those up to the challenge
and , in true NFW spirit, the "no-whining" rules will be in full effect. I've
been running the trails for a few months again and can certify that they are
both beautiful and tough-as-nails! The sand is deeper, the hills are steeper,
and hungry wildlife abounds patiently awaiting their next meal. No effort is
being spared providing participants with every conceivable terrain challenge;
warriors should leave their furry hats at home and bring the bare essentials.
Good training and guts are the only requirements . . . . everything else is just
talk and won't get you through this one.
